If your item is defective or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
If you are requesting an exchange for personal reasons, a €15 exchange fee per item applies.
Returns are subject to a €10 restocking fee per item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
All requests must be approved before any item is returned. Once submitted, our team will guide you through the next steps.
