Returns & Exchanges
Overview
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition. Proof of purchase is required for all requests.
Because our pieces are made to order, certain items are not eligible for return. This includes personalized pieces such as items with letter or initials embroidery, custom designs, as well as gift cards.
If an item is returned in a condition different from how it was received, or outside of the 30-day window, a partial refund may be issued or the return may be declined.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
All return and exchange requests must be submitted through your account.
To start a request, go to your order and click “Request return or help”.
You will then be guided to the request form linked to your order.
Requests sent through any other channel will not be processed.
Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and provide the next steps, including a return shipping label where applicable. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges in case of defects, errors, or if you simply need a different size or item.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please submit a request through our form with clear details and, if possible, photos. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
If you wish to exchange an item for personal reasons, such as selecting a different size or preference, a flat exchange fee of €15 per item applies. This fee covers return handling and reshipping of the new item.
All exchange requests must be submitted through our contact form and approved before any item is returned. Once approved, we will provide you with a return label and guide you through the process.
Returns
If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions to ensure your item reaches us safely.
We strongly recommend using the provided label, as it allows us to track your return and process it more efficiently.
The cost of the return shipping label may be deducted from your refund, depending on your location.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
As a made-to-order brand, a restocking fee of €10 per returned item will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Please note that original shipping costs, return shipping (if applicable), and the restocking fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, we recommend first checking your bank account again, then contacting your payment provider, as processing times can vary.
If the issue persists, you can reach out to us through the contact form and we will assist you.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit once the return is processed.
If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Important Notes
We are not responsible for items returned without prior approval or for returns lost in transit.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
