Shipping & Handling

Processing time

All orders start production only once the payment is received.

Order production time depends on the items in the cart:
– made-to-order products without embroideries take around 2-3 weeks to produce;
– made-to-order products with embroideries take up to 4 weeks to produce;
– ready-made items are shipped within 4 business days;

Please note that if you place an order containing a pre-order item, the entire order will be dispatched at once on the expected pre-order date.

During our sales period order processing may however take up a bit longer. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Lithuanian public holidays.

An order confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. If you have not received this confirmation within 24 hours please contact us at wecare@lapetitealice.com.

Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect your package.

Shipping costs

We offer various shipping options depending on your shipping address. Shipping costs will be calculated, added to your order and displayed at checkout.

Custom & Import fees

All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). We are in no way responsible for any delays in shipping, included local delivery error or international customs issues. The receiver will be responsible for all taxes and customs duties. Overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes, which are in all cases payable by the customer upon receipt, and may be affected by customs and excise delays. All our items are produced and shipped from Lithuania (EU).

Late delivery

If your order has not been delivered within a week after the stated delivery time, please contact us at wecare@lapetitealice.com. This may mean that there is an issue with your order, contact us to avoid further delays.

Unclaimed Packages

If an order is declined, not picked up or not acknowledged within the designated time period and this results in the order being sent back to us, we will refund the order and charge a fee of €20 deducted towards shipping and handling fees. If an order is returned to us due to failure to pay the required customs/ taxes for the order, we will charge the amount of the customs that the country in question charges us, the amount for this can vary. If you have any questions about this or would like for us to send a receipt to you stating the customs charges, please contact us at wecare@lapetitealice.com. If you have any questions or issues about the customs charges, please contact your local customs office to resolve the situation.

Goods Damaged in Transit

La Petite Alice ensures all packages sent out are quality-checked when leaving our studio. Any damage occurred in transit that is visible before the package has been opened should be reported to us at wecare@lapetitealice.com immediately.
