Our Products
All our pieces are made to order, meaning your item is created especially for you after purchase. This ensures a high level of craftsmanship and gives each piece its own subtle uniqueness.
Because of this, every order goes through a dedicated preparation phase before it is ready to ship.
Orders
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not see it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Once your order is completed and shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking link. This is the best way to follow your delivery and check your order status at any time.
Production & Delivery
Your order follows two steps: preparation and shipping.
Preparation time depends on the item you selected. Pieces without embroidery are usually ready within one to two weeks, while embroidered pieces may take up to three weeks.
Once your order is dispatched, delivery time depends on your location and the selected carrier. The delivery timeframe begins once your order has been shipped.
We work with an international logistics network to ensure smooth and reliable worldwide delivery. During busy periods such as sales or holidays, preparation may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to keep delays minimal and keep you informed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. You will always see the final price before confirming your order.
Customs & Import Fees
All duties and import taxes are covered by us.
This means you will not have to pay any additional fees upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
If you are wondering where your order is, we recommend checking this tracking link first, as it provides the most accurate and up-to-date information.
Because orders are handled through an international logistics network, tracking updates may take a short time to fully activate after dispatch. Once active, it will reflect the latest delivery status.
If the tracking has not updated for several days or if something seems incorrect, feel free to contact us and we will assist you.
Unclaimed or Returned Packages
If a package is not collected, refused, or returned to us, it will be processed once it arrives back at our facilities.
In such cases, the original shipping cost and a handling fee may be deducted from your refund. Additional charges may apply if the return generates extra shipping or customs costs.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery period, please contact us so we can investigate.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend reporting it to the carrier immediately and contacting us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the situation quickly.
