Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered to you, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Face masks
- Items bought on sale, ready-to-ship items and samples
- Items with personalized “Letter” or “Initials” embroideries
- Customised designs
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Should you require an exchange for the same item, please email us at wecare@lapetitealice.com, and our team will guide you through the exchange process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Returns
For any return requests, please contact us first by emailing wecare@lapetitealice.com. We’re here to help and will guide you through the process. Please note that returns without prior email confirmation may not be eligible for processing.
Please keep in mind:
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping Costs: The return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
- Stocking Fee: As a made to order company, we apply a 10 EUR stocking fee per item returned. This amount is reduced from the refundable amount.
- Delivery Times for Exchanges: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- Safety for Valuable Returns: For returning items of higher value, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll get in touch to let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, we will promptly process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at wecare@lapetitealice.com.
